WELCOME TO MY TRAVEL BLOG

I have always enjoyed traveling, even if it meant sleeping in a tent when I was younger. I prefer hotels and cruise cabins now, but the motivation is the same...an adventure waiting to happen. Sometimes you will find me traveling with my husband and/or family. Sometimes I will travel alone, and sometimes I will travel with friends. I hope you find it entertaining to keep up to date with me as I explore the world around me. Warning...I like to take pictures of food so don't read if you're hungry. Paris Hotel: Hotel Millesime

This is hands down my favorite hotel in the Latin Quarter. Well I haven't stayed in many, but this hotel has been updated since my last stay and the improvements are just lovely!

The rooms are comfortable and clean with showers! The color scheme has also changed to a very peaceful shade of gray. I personally prefer a shower and they are hard to come by in many of the hotels I stay in while in Europe. My last stay at the Millesime we had a tub with a shower head but water splashed all over the floor. No problems now!









Something that has not changed is one of my favorite parts of this hotel, the little breakfast "cave" in the basement level of the hotel and the delicious breakfast offerings!







When I am in the Latin Quarter this is where I will check first for my next stay!
